The potential is great. Being able to track all platforms within one site.
It tracks time played, achievements earned, and all sorts of social features Gamers use.
I really like it. I hope it gains momentum.

It's really great.... but I had to STOP using it cause it wouldn't detect all my games...The potential is great. Being able to track all platforms within one site.

I do, but I keep telling myself to uninstall it. One of these days I will. Aside from being a waste of resources it has caused me quite a few problems upon launch of various games (most notably Borderlands DLC). raven_squadI've heard it has general problems with Borderlands. From the games it detected, I never had an issue launching games. I also never noticed RESOURCES being used or wasted...
I used it a lot last year, but I got out of the habit. The only thing I cared about is it tracking how many hours I play games, but Steam already does that. I don't think Steam can track non-Steam gameplay hours, so my old games I don't know how much time I spend on them. They're old games though, so I usually don't care about that stuff. Overall, I like Raptr but it's a bit of a memory hog. It uses more memory than Steam, but does a whole lot less comparably. I already have Steam running to play many of my games. I'd rather not have another program running and monitoring the game. I think it's great for putting all your profiles in one place though. However, Gamespot seems to be bugged where my achievement icons are all completely wrong. It's been like this for the last 6 months I think.
That's the issue I have with STEAM or else I would use it more often... it doesn't track Non-Steam games, even if u add them to Steam. It's stupid cause they could easily add that...I used it a lot last year, but I got out of the habit.
