If it makes sense, sure. If it's pointless or stupid, no. Blood in a shooter I'm fine with. Monopoly: Extreme Gore Edition? I think I'll pass.BladeMaster84You know, I'm pretty sure I would buy Monopoly: Extreme Gore Edition.

Truth be told, it would be hard to pass up Monopoly with gore if only for the novelty factor.
Yeah, if it fits.
I remember Battlefield 1942 had no blood when it came out. Then they added blood, then I believe they changed it to grey blood.
It felt ridiculous not to have proper blood in the game. How are you supposed to know if you hit someone, and where?
If a game has violence, it needs blood. Unless it's something like wrestling violence.
Love it. Looks great on screen, makes you feel as though you are really inflicting damage, more realistic.
It just looks blatantly flat to not have blood in a game: like MOH: Allied Assault.
As for those Project Origin shots: Come get some!!
Hell yeah.
In my opinion, it's more fun to have blood in a game than not. In Call of Duty, a WAR GAME, it sort of sucks to pump a random german full of bullets and somehow not shred him into tiny pieces of meat from all the cuts you put in him.
Also, it sort of helps atmosphere. Take a game like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, where there are only two forms of gore: The gore where a living thing gets sucked into a whirlgig/vortex and explodes, and the generic gore where you shoot a stalker and see a slight cloud of red from your gunshot. If you could do something like blow the arm off a stalker and leave him on the ground writhing in pain, it sure as hell would help the rather grim tone of the game.
Yes, I like blood in game, it is like an orgasm since I'm a vampire and I suck blood for living.
In all seriousness, blood is no big deal, they're a normal part of our life.
Although the blood is never as graphic as I would like, it does provide a means to indicate to the player when you have hit your target. I remember in Serious Sam it had an option to use hippie flowers instead of blood; it was a hoot to see flowers explode everywhere when you fragged something.
ouou.. Only blood. 73-0.
I think yes blood but not to mutch. I like realistic games:)

does anyone even know what is too much blood? i've never seen anyone get shot, so i don't even know if the typical game has too much blood or not.
we need a doctor to tell us what realistic amount of blood is and which games are realistic. or someone who's seen a lot of combat in the army. or a gangster.
Blood is bad and stuff. Jesus doesn't like blood. He likes pink fluffy unicorns basking in the misty filled sun rays. Peach up, grow a rainbow moustache, and hop on my unicorn driven coach as we trot beyond the fragrant gardens and rolling mountains.proctorsurf
what the hell? your stupid shot at Jesus or christians or whatever it is that you were doing is just plain uncalled for.
i think that every game that has violence must have blood and gore, that way children will know that hurting someone has consequences. no blood/gore when you shoot someone is not realistic. it corrupts the view of reality when you play with elves, gnomes and magical explosion that make people drop like wood instead of blowing up with limbs flying all around, blood, guts and brains. that is why the government is opposed to games like GTA, that show you that crime do pay, that people bleed and in pain when you shoot them, it shows you that you can and should resist the government and the system. the ESRB, PEGI, USK and BBFC all afraid of us, afraid that we will learn the truth, that we don't need them to tell us how to behave and what to think.foggy666
