I just bought a logitech MX 518 to replace my old mouse and not only for gaming, what are your views on this? do you guys use two seperate mice one for gaming and the other for everyday use or do you use just the gaming mouse for all purposes?

I think that most people will use their gaming mouse for non-gaming tasks. I know that I used to when I had my G7.
[QUOTE="GTR12"]My brother uses 2 different trackballs for gaming and for general use. Yep, hes a weird one.If someone answers no to question, they might be the non-laziest person on the planet. I don't know anyone that has 2 mice.

Trackballs? what are those? :P
Had a MS wireless 7000 laser mouse (from the desktop wireless laser 7000KB/mouse combo) , that is the most comfortable mouse I've ever had in my hand but for gaming that mouse dont cut it, replaced it with a sidewinder, but if the scroll wheel wasnt -partly- broken on the old mouse I would probably use it for nongaming tasks.
I use my Razer Mamba for everything, no need to use another mouse, though i do have spare 5 doller microsoft mice hanging around.
That's just a ridiculous amount of effort to change mice when I'm not playing games. One mouse for all PC activity for me.Twisted14
Usb mouse = can plug as many as desired :P Similiar reason why I have two keyboards plugged (one for gaming, and other for late @ night [b.c mech k/b is noisey])
Im not sure why would anyone do that, but than again those gaming mouses are made kind of flimsy with my g7 dead from bad batteries to razer copperhead's paint peeling, so I guess that makes sense. Another reason is for sniping and regular use, etc.
