For anybody to really be sure, they would have to go look it up themselves. If someone told you they were and they were wrong, you wouldn't know unless you looked. Or if I told you they don't, I might be wrong and you wouldn't know until you looked. If you're worried about losing your warranty, you shouldn't take our word for it, as eVGA won't listen to us. what about changing bios?Random__Guyyou know, evga's warranty doesn't mention that voiding it either.. but common sense tells me it would, since messing up a bios flash could simply make your card instantly unsuable. i don't know.. something like that i'd call to be sure, but i'm pretty sure they'd just say no.
Just using something like ATiTool or nVidia's own clocking software to raise the clocks? It should probably be okay, because the card is more likely to become unstable and develop artifacting in the pictures well before any actual damage to the chip would be done as a result.
If you achieve said overclocks with hardware modifications, well, you're pretty SOL for warranty purposes.
