Does resetting TF2 stats also reset hours played?

Just curious. I'm thinking of resetting my stats but I don't want it to affect my record of hours played.

Won't change your time played. I've reset my achievemens before once.

If you reset achievements can you redo them to get weapon unlocks again?

I think it erases the hours played by each class, if that's what you mean.
