No, and looking at its rail distribution, it's probably a rather old supply not really geared for modern computers.
Single rail PSU is even more stable than multiple rails PSU and better for overclock but that one is an old and probably noname PSU, get a brand one: Seasonic, Corsair, FSP or Antec

Luckily for me I am not using it to try and power a powerful system, it just means im £40 down.When I get a new mobo and GPU I will sell it on ebay and get a different one.
