Many people before me have stated that they should call it Dragon Effect.
I totally agree with them.

That's obviously no where close to being the finished product. Character creation hasn't even been started yet. They're probably just testing for bugs as they go because they're smart unlike some people. I am really looking forward to DA2 after having played the expansion to the first one. If the devs were paying attention to the user reviews worth paying attention to and took the first dragon age as a learning experience as they should have, then DA2 is going to be PRIME. I'd bet my left eyeball on it. If DA2 doesn't get editor's choice then someone at gamespot is going to be stabbed.

Yup that's BioWare for you. I haven't seen any other game company devs having as close an interaction with the fans as BioWare. The DA2 forums are regularly visited and commented on by devs and they take people's input as well (Haters, too. They take it as constructive criticism). Look at ME2, people didn't like the Mako, it got scrapped. Clunky inventory? No problem, here's an armory. DA2 will shine, I have no doubt about that.
Wow. Talk about screwing the original formula and console-izing the game comepletely. Looks like a crappy version of half the action RPGs out there now. Fail. Oh well. Lost interest in DA:O myself...couldnt finish it. Not sure why. Just couldnt get into it again after I stopped playing. GamesterpheonixAgreed. However I don't blame consoles. It became easier to get greedy for game devs, with all the platform wars, and opposing the poster above you over the social networks. This is from Vienna: http://www.flickr.com/photos/punctuated_equilibrium/sets/72157625030075342/ and this from Madrid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrfjRvECKiA At IstroCon ,it looked bland, with more animation problems, than the first one,Clipping thru ground, bad deformation(arms)during combat, and a camera that is doing everything to stop you from zooming out,to save processing power and make the game playable performance wise on consoles.
