Hi, I've selected a couple of components looking for a good balance between price and performance:
Proc: AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Deneb Cooler: Scythe SCANG-1100 (AKA Kama Angle) Mobo: ASRock A785GXH/128M Mem: OCZ Gold 4GB DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) CAS 9 Graphics: EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Femi)
More details and pictures at my homepage: ptdsign.net/design/systems I am curious what you think, especially the price... Thanks

Looks like a good budget upgrade. The Mobo is lacking on some of the newer cool features, but you are on a budget. Get the Superclocked version on the 460, the performance is worth the 10 more dollars you spend.

If you going for a budget build, why would you include a CPU cooler? Stock coolers are fine unless you want to do serious overclocking.

True, but they often make a lot of noise :( Thanks about the advice on the gtx!
