Enough power supply?

I want to know if a 550W Corsair run a ATI HD 4870 and the entire computer without overheating, or not enough powersupply?
If not can a 550W Supply a GTX260

Well i guess it depends on what else you have in your system. But, I mean, as long as youre not running like 8 Sticks of RAM, 4 10,000RPM Hard drives, 4 BD-ROM drives, Crossfire 4870's, 20 Fans, and all of your USB ports occupied with a humping dog.
