I was told I'm gonna need an extraction fan for a video card I want to get. I notice there's a fan on the card, and in the middle of the motherboard. Is an extraction fan what can be put over the vent on the back of the computer from the inside?

They slot into a PCI slot, should reduce temps up to about 5 degrees

they are not really necassary just turn up the cards fan speed, or get better cooling in ur pc with some extra fans

oh so that is what he was talkin about i couldn't figure out what he was looking fo.

i built a makeshift one with a old 90mm fan and some choppsticks it lowered temps about 2c
