I dont know what happened with Betheda, I have 1550/1550 in this game and used to love it, but gee man this DLC was just horrible, full of glitches, and the achievement of the audio log is the worst in the game, not fun, anoying.
I just hated Mothership Zeta, completly not worth it.
I cant even get the 3 guys to teleport into the bridge, i activate the teleporter but nothing at all happens, rather annoying seeing as ive restarted this dlc once already to get some recordings i missed the first time

I have same problem. after i pressurize room , door opposite me opens and i try to activate teleporter nothing. the people never show up so i am stuck, i will have to replay the whole thing!
Found this "fix" reading wikipedia. Open the command line editor (must start the save with your Xbox360 controller disconnectored) and type in tcl. This will enable noclip and allow you to simply walk through the door. Type in tcl again to disable noclip. I managed to complete this DLC without any further use of this command.
I loaded game twenty or more times, played "mothership zeta" quest two times and ... still the same glitch in the same moment. All the game went to hell with my dollars.
