Fallout New Vegas Looks Terrible

Not the best looking game out today, but the gameplay more than makes up for the rather lackluster graphics and physics

There's a reason the company is dumping the glitchy and ugly engine.

Something on your end then, when I play New Vegas my GPU runs at 99%. 60% seems very little to me.

Will I still be able to do achievements with the game fully modded? Just got the game, rather do cosmetic mods since I have recently upgraded my PC to play games like Metro no problems.
