video tutorial on how to build a pc. ive seen a couple on the net and they work too fast with no explanations whatsoever and no close ups on which socket and what things to insert where so its hard to learn it when its from a far view. THAT WOULD REALLY HELP. some people are visual learners

I recorded my last build and it went...slow. I'll have to edit it and see if it looks ok. If it does I'll post it.

The first two pictures below show you how to integrate two memory modules on the different colored DIMM1 and DIMM3 of 875P Neo to enable dual channel function. memory performance conducted by Memory Benchmark of Sisoft Sandra 2003. As you can see, the dual channel scores 5068/4977 points, while the single channel only scores 3263/3269.

make sure that your mem have Dual Channel to use this Feature.

BTW, is that back to content buttons actually going to take people back to the contents? I talked with Tevian before and he said maybe in the future you could link directly to posts within a thread. I don't know if that's the case yet....

And I just saw that there's a table tool in the advanced WYSIWYG editor... but it doesn't work. Woo!

And here's the image that you were asking for. Hopefully it's what you want, I changed the colour a bit to make it stand out from the other headings -- but you can still read white text on it, don't worry I checked that :)

for the EU it's going to be a bit difficult, it's not like the EU is one country like the US or Canada, each country has their own companies that typically only ship within that country. ex for the UK, I could mention http://www.overclockers.co.uk/, for France, http://www.ldlc.com/

Yes, there is one more very important topic. I would not have known this if it had not happened to me. I have built many systems. What the readers of your tread need to know is that they need to record all user names and passwords to all multiplayer games before they upgrade. That works with most games with the exception of Microsoft Ensemble Studios based multiplayer games. Even if you have a legit copy and use only that legit copy on the new system it will not work (and there is no tech support!) You must let the readers know or else they will have spent a lot of money for nothing - like I did. Hope this helps

btw krall, i think u can remove the how to OC ur cpu and gpu, and il also put on a list of useful software (i.e. cpu-z, and so on)

Also, if you did end up contributing to the last "Help Build an FAQ Thread" or PM'ed Krall with information, and your name is not the in the contributers list; make sure you announce it here, as I'm sure neither myself, Krall, Gog or Dirk would like angry PM's from people when the FAQ goes up, and they aren't in there ;)

Don't announce your name if you didn't contribute (unless it was via PM to Krall) as we'll check through the thread and if your name doesn't appear, and you haven't sent a PM to Krall, we, I'll get really annoyed at you :P

Overclockers is not one of the best sites to buy from. I am having a nightmare getting a dud part replaced or refunded. Check the web for the horror stories surrounding their customer support and returns policys. I would steer as far away from them as possible if I was you.

I have a 630i XFX motherboard, I was trying to install on it my bff's video card which is a EVGA 368 (something like that) and didn't fit. I looked it up on tthe XFX web site and it wasn't much help.

What I need to know is, what video card do you recomend me to buy?

I am looking for something not too expensive, that has good performance-quality and price. If you know about an XFX card that could fit my motherboard plz write back ASAP.

Can't keep on playing GH3, COD4-MW and NFS-ProStreet with lame graphics. lol

you can hack DX10 into XP, but its complicated, and illegal, i don't advise doing it...
