Far Cry 3 gameplay from IGN (PC version)

First thing I noticed about the video.

The Darkness 2 was incredibly fun, too, but I as well as many other PC gamers I know didn't grab it because it had no way to changed the Field of View. They've talked about patching it in (Darkness 2) but until they do, I absolutely will not purchase it. If Far Cry 3 doesn't include a Field of View slider, it's going to be the same thing with that. I'm not complaining about it just to find something to complain about, I'm complaining because it's something that legitimately affects players like me with a rather large monitor (currently playing on a 23"/1920x1080). Games with a low FOV value make me feel nauseous and incredibly frustrated because I feel like I simply can't see much of the environment around me without constantly turning.

So they turned it into a much more arcade game? Yawn...

Y cant I be super leet militarry guy in sexy armor and customize it x9999 and gameplay focuses on stealth and extremely good gunplay, and a story that makes sense.

I like the part where he makes that "cinematic" Call of Duty styIe jump and barely grabs the ledge - and then actually falls:lol: Also the very last image is awesome.

Seen some screens of the player having some allies fighting with him. I hope it is true, being a total lone wolf in Far Cry 2 was annoying, only the exception of your buddies.

Unless its the video differences, the 360 gameplay link does look worse than the PC one.

Yeah, FOV is crap is so many games. Typical consolitus infecting our PC games.

Even if it is PC gameplay, it's not maxed out. That looks worse than FC2.

Well except for those Horrible Hit Marks, the Game looks awesome.

But so did Far Cry 2, and it is a Ubisoft game, so i'm afraid i'll have to wait(i'll have my fingers crossed for a demo).
