I just finished the game yesterday so having this right away was great since I could immediately reset the outposts and keep playing.

Yeah, reseting outposts is a step in the right direction towards the awesome New Game+. Probably won't happen though. :(

I had all sorts of problems with FC3. I couldn't even play it with Crossfire enabled because the microstutter was so bad. Twice it gave me BSOD's and I had numerous CTDs. IF I didn't enjoy the game so much I would have just quit playing.

The game hates anything except stock hardware. Any sort of Overclock does the same thing. I reverted mine back and still have issues. It will play fine for a while and then suddenly stuff will disappear in game like textures or the horizon will be all white, then it stutters like crazy and then locks up my whole system forcing hard restarts.

Like you if I didn't enjoy the game so much I would say it was terrible.

It's incredibly frustrating, I haven't even finished the main story yet and now I can't. and I REALLY don't want to re-download it -_-

I wanted the game to be longer, maybe a few more outposts.... but the thought of redoing all of them is tiring. lol

UPlay is downloading it right now on mine. Good thing I was busy with Crysis 3 during the last few days. Everytime Ubisoft pushed a patch (either for Uplay or FC3) the game crashed repeatedly like crazy until the patch is downloaded.......drove me nuts.

Yes! Reset Outposts is there:

I haven't either. I was inspired to start playing it again by Crysis 3's general mediocrity and I'm really liking the latter half of the story... hopefully they'll fix your issues!

I overclocked my 2.8 ghz i7 930 to 4.2 and it's stable with the game, no problems. I have HPET activated in windows and bios (fastest sync timing you'll see out your system so that even if you don't experience micro stutter before you will now) and the way to dissolve micro anything is make sure you don't have windows anti virus real time protection on as this will constantly make small writes on your hard disk which you will notice visually in the game as small hiccups. Also disabling indexing or anything that causes your computer to perform small writes to your drives will cause stutters. If you have enough ram (more than 6gigs) you should also disable page filing or make your page file extremely small This is the best game of the year when it comes to immersion straight out of the box. You can tell just from a glance how much thought they put into a lot of small details to make you really believe you are jason brody. The game has some of the best lighting in any game, some of the game reminds me of how beautiful game benchmarks are

"Outpost Reset"

Awesome! I stopped playing the game when I conquered all the outposts. Not much fun in exploring if there is no danger in the world.

I wish they could have balanced the fall damage/health system more before the game was released. Oh well.
