I played it about two years ago, for about a day, It has potential, but I just didnt know where to go half the time or who had the quests. Has it improved anywhat through it's expansions over time or updates? A bit more new player friendly?
No, I have 2 friends on the net that have played it forever. And its anything but newbie friendly. Its hard to find groups, and in that game its almost impossible to solo. Not to mention its one of the worst grinds in MMO history next to Lineage 2 of course, which I still havent found a game that beats the Lineage 2 grind.
Lets hope they make a new FF online game, this one would be very very hard to catch up to. Unless you just had a ton of free time, or better yet could buy a high level account off ebay or something
