I'm surprised I'm not seeing more educational games on here. My first games were math games on school computers when I was like 5. I remember a game where I had to make a penguin walk onto the answers of math problems. There was another math game where I solved a problem, and I got a chance to fire a dart at a balloon.
My first non-educational games were Doom, Simcity Classic, and some sort of old adventure game where you type in what you want to do, can't remember the name.
there were more, but i cant remember their names

This post made me laugh out loud. Something about putting the car (whose name I forget right now... Putt-putt?) and Starcraft right next together.
Duke Nuke'm (game kicked ass!)
Power Pete
Doom, scarred me for life jk ha
some old military game, it took place at night and was really gory (i musta been age 5 at the time). It was a demo and the enemy were always wearing bright clothes, if anyone knows what game this is please let me know I'd love to try and find it!
Started with Doom2 when we got our first computer ( still remember typing DIR then Doom2 on windows nt )
And then we got our second computer with pentium4 and that's when i started real pc gaming with stronghold 1, no one lives forever and battlefield 1942
