Looks like your USB hub drivers aren't installed for your motherboard. Go to Control Panel--System--Hardware and Devices. If there is a ? under USB hub then they need to be installed. There should be a disk that came with your motherboard. Install them. If not check the MB manufacturor and download the MB drivers from their website
