Ya, thats kinda ridulous. My post didn't even warrant to be modded, much less being penalized for it.

I think this thread should just be locked though. It's literally been going in circles since the first post.

it totally depends on the application. those coded to take advantage of extra processing cores will see a big perf. increase. those that sit on only one core and leave the other idle will not see an increase.
