Free low end online multiplayer

I have a bunch of folk I know and we want to have some fun occasionally. Many of them arent gamers. So can you suggest some good, free online multiplayer? Dont expect the folk to have high end machines. Tell me a game which will run on integrated graphics. The game shouldnt be complex at all as many golk are non gamers. It should be easy to pick up and play. Ofcourse it should be fun to play in its gameplay. We dont care about the graphics. Demos are fine.

I am primarily looking for a first person shooter but other games are alright as they are easy to play and fun.

oh yeah, and Battlefield: Heroes is set for a summer release date too. it'll have pretty low system reqs, like pentium 3 and onboard graphics minimum or something.Makari
