Game you've spent the most time on?

What's the game that you kept playing for the longest amount of time*? Personally

Single Player: TES3: Morrowind - about 2 years (including Tribunal and Bloodmoon)
Multiplayer:Conquer Online - over 4 years (pretty much my first MMO, even now I play it from time to time)



*generally, not in hourly fashion

Just Cause 2 or Mass Effect, I expect. I'e spent about 150 hours on JC2 and I've played through ME 4 or 5 times at around 30 hours each playthrough.

Everquest 1.

cs, jk2, d2, wow.

used to be CS:S but TF2 is now way over 1000+ hours....Thats amazing value!!

Oblivion, 1200 hours

PC: Runescape (High level pure clans for years), and WoW.

On consoles the only games that I played/still play a ton of are Skate 1, 2, and 3.

Singleplayer - Oblivion

Multiplayer - WoW (7 years, oh god the shame lol)

WoW by far. I spent a lot of time on CS 1.5 - 1.6 in my childhood though.

WoW and Modern Warfare 2

On Steam, Gothic III apparently. I put over 500 hours into Monster Hunter Tri for the Wii though.

Quake 3 hands down.

Started when I was in elementary. Each version had a different community. I started in .30 for a couple years: it was mainly noobies and pirates, but a good railjumping insta community. Played freeze tag in that version alot. Then I moved to .16, the earliest version, which is where the vets were. Mainly played freeze and insta CTF. Then at last, I migrated to .32, which is was the last patch. You'll find a mix of everything there. Less hackers due to punkbuster implementation.

It didn't stop there though.. then I got into Defrag. Anyone who's gotten serious with it knows that it can easily swipe years from your life lol. Quake 3 was my childhood.

Singleplayer:

Fallout 3 - 200 hrs

Oblivion - 200 hrs

Skyrim - 180 hrs

F.E.A.R. 1 - 100+ hrs (beaten it like 15 times)

Multiplayer:

Unreal Tournament 2004 - 500+

Halo 2 - Lost count

Halo 3 - 1000+

I can't really go by years played, havent really played a game for that long. I never spend too much time on one game (Im pushing 80 hrs on Skyrim, thats a lot for me). I remember that I spent a ton of time on MW2 back when just about every person I knew played it (private matches alllllll afternoon)...

Back when I was a wee thing I played a Source Engine game called Kuma War quite a bit.

Aaaaaand I have lots of time across all the Halo games.

But, in recent memory, Dark Souls. Pushing 110 or 120 hours since May. Love that game to death.

I honestly think I've spent more time in Arma 2 and subsequently Dayz than I have in any other game in recent memory. hundreds and hundreds of hours no doubt, just got done playing in fact (or bug testing dayz is more like it).

DayZ is a game (errr mod lol) that just sucks your time away. I had an hour to play today so I logged on, then all of a sudden my hour was over. I felt like I looked at the clock, looked at the screen, then looked back at the clock and all my time was gone lol.

Logest as in most hours? Propably Lineage 2 or DotA. Started playing L2 in 2004. It dominated my middle and high school days, to the point that I completely skipped a year at school so I could stay inside all day and play L2. I started DotA in 2006, and it's always there for me...no matter what I'm playing at the time, there's always DotA as well.

I've also spent lots of time in Age of Mythology, Rome Total War, cs 1.6 and Oblivion.
