have you tried setting the screen resolutions to 800x700 or something of that matter or to lower screen es? It can help with game performanceDequan1233im running these games at 200fps with lots of vram speed to go around i dont think i should lower resolution, and thats especially not a permanent fix, like i wont play games at 800x700 resolution for 10 minutes with this good of a computer
you have the latest network drivers from the ASRock site yes?darksusperiayes i am using the latest network drivers [QUOTE="quikdash6"]Have you checked to see if the new GPU is working properly and at the correct speeds? Try a benchmarking program like 3D Mark or Unigine and then compare to similar setups. Also, does this happen in single and MP? Do you use a program for monitoring your FPS while playing? no i dont have any of those 3d game benchmark testing softwares and yeah i get like 200+ fps in games with out drops, or so it seems in MP, i havent tested single player, i will now
He replaced the ram and the gpu. Even reformatted. But the problem still persists. It's most likely the mobo, if anything. That is intense. I want to know if other people can help. im stumped

Well, it's either the mobo or the powersupply. And a bad PSU can definitely cause stuttering.i use a usb headset, but i already tried plugging it out, and trying every combination of enabling and disabling sound drivers including disabling all sound drivers, and i was still stuttering, the problem was unaffectedSKreapergamingReformat Windows then :)
This might sound wierd, but for sake of it, do a clean install of windows 8 ( trust me it can fix your issue ) with updated drivers and no Antivirus, then play the same games and see if your stuttering is gone. you can see my system bellow, I had micro stuttering and tiny FPS drops in most of my games, some people wouldn't even notice them like my buddy but I would notice them, and since I installed windows 8 few days ago, pretty much all the stuttering seems gone, vanished.... try it, I think you can even download a preview version of Windows 8.1
