recently i've noticed an interesting phenomenon, most of the games i really liked had an awesome plot, no matter what gerne they were, some games has such an intersting original plot u just play the game for it, like watching a good long movie even if its not your favorite gerne, therefore im asking you to recommend titles where the plot is awesome hopefully i'll pick one :)
RPGs that have grate plots are Mass Effect, Kotor 1 and 2, Gothic series (2 is the best but if you want graphics then 3 is the way to go + there will be an expansion for it pretty soon) and the Witcher has a pretty good plot too :). That's about all I can remember for now.
I thought Bioshock had a good, well told story. If you factor in all the recorded messages you come across as well as the main story you get a world that really comes to life.
Most people will disagree with me, but I enjoyed Indigo Prophecy. Granted, the story was bad nearing the end of the game, but the gameplay was top notch. I can't wait for Heavy Rain because of Indigo Prophecy (same developer).
