Best you can do within that bidget is to get this gfx card instead of 6570. I'd also recommend this case. With 7750 you should run those games fine.

no.. dont

just dont

here is what i would change from the stock build as it was priced BEFORE the price hikes on hard drives and the plummet in ram:
better psu for 10 bucks more:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182199

double the ram for $2 more:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231307

better gpu and sitll in HIS budget:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102952

better case for $5 more:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147073

tadas i improved his formula by like ---- tons

if you have say 15 bucks more what you can instead do for a case is get the bottom end gaming case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156243

tada you can now max MW3, diablo 3 is more than likely since top down engines are ultra lightweight all the time (see torchlight, alien shooter).

finally as for swtor you can play it but i wouldnt play. they may not want to admit it but their user base isnt exactly "thriving" i mean they have lost about 15% of their user base 1 month in and from what im hear at anandtech.. their friends lists are getting less and less active with each day.

So your sure that i can play most games? And that all this is compatible? Would you recommend a new fan? So far this came out to $411.89. Which is very good for my budget.

i wouldnt get any new fans tbh.HOWEVER this build has no OS you would need a copy of windows to actually use this machine. do you have one already or are you going to buy one (100 bucks up front). if you cant do either and arent about to delve into piracy DROP ME A PM!!

Add another 100$ for OS and you've got yourself a pretty cheap gaming desktop. EDIT: i actually used that site to start out. Then some people edited and total with taxes, shipping, OS, and $3 HDMI cable came out to be $625. Just to make sure, anyone want to make any adjustments to my build?

Ive been thinking of building my first gaming pc and this looks like a great build. I have a question though like how long would this computer last? more than two years? and would this run skyrim since that is what i kind of wanted for. Or battlefield 3 or any other high end game? And I have a budget of 450 probably no more than $500. I also have a microcenter near by if that matters. thanks!

matters alot. and while it would run both it wont run them very well. basically they would be on low or medium. and remember that has no OS which is another 100 bucks up front no matter what you do (as microsoft sets the prices for its OS not the stores). MS has a monopoly they do whatever the ---- they feel like. so you will either need to anti up another 25 bucks and get an OS or come up with out by some other means.

such a system is already on the verge of being outdated. as soon as the next consoles hit shelves.. thats about when you will loose your ability to play many games well at high or medium.

skyrim you could play on medium and same goes for BF3 (if its any consolation the consoles play BOTH on low - a setting lower than is possible on a pc).

and that at resolutions of 1366 x 768 or lower (basically monitors south of 19" or most tv's of 32") you could also max mw3

It would be better to purchase PC according to game requirements. Choose one of the best graphic card that support multiple games that you play.

That was after one month. Do you realise how much subscriptions plummet after 1 month? 15% lost is actually really good. Most MMO's lose twice that after the 1 mon th free ends.
