You really need to post your specs if you want a difinitive answer.
It will probally run, but I wouldn't expect to play on the highest settings.

My Specs

amd 3200+

amd x1650 pro 512mb overclocked

2gbs ram

Im playing it maxed out (graphically) 1680x1050 resolution. just AA is turned down and v-sync is off. It's not entirely smooth. But not entirely laggy either. Oh and all those games you listed, i can run them maxed out completely smooth so yea.

I can play it on my GFs "Sims" rig which is:

AMD 64X2 4200
1g Ram
6600GT 128mb
