depends what resolution your monitor is. But css isnt demanding game really, my current rig 1 gig of ram, amd 3600, 7900gs can run it in its sleep. so you should be able to max it out with your current set up and with a 7600gt or ATI's equiv the x1650 xt you will definitely be hitting max for cs:s
