If it was a desktop computer you could maybe have overclocked it a little bit, but i dont find it adviceable to overclock a laptop, everything is too close to each other in those, and you can even risk that it melts your keyboard.
Yeah, just invest in a cheap Dell or something... Yep, you guessed it, I'm a boy-advert for Dell :Pjoeyp7711
No!Get no DELL, It's like hell, trust me...
ATi pretty much abandoned everyone that didn't have their current generation cards years ago. And they don't even bother support any of their notebook GPU's. Try going to their site for a driver, and they'll just tell you "go to the manufacturer's site." But they ARE the manufacturers, damn it! :| Anyway, all I can say that you could try doing is use the last available Omega drivers that will support your Raddy 7000, since his modified drivers don't have any of the ancilliary **** that ATi's reference drivers do.codezer0
Laptop manufacturers customize laptop GPU's to support specific features like power management functions (for example when you close the lid of laptop). That's why standard drivers usually don't work and you have to go to the laptop manufacturer for drivers, not the GPU manufacturer. That's also why games don't officially support laptop GPU's.
