Good Am3 CPU cooler?

I'm thinking about overclocking my Phenom II x3 720 and need a good CPU cooler. I'm looking to spend between $30-$50 but the closer to $30 the better. It would also be good if its easy to install.

Titan Fenrir TTC-NK85TZ and OCZ Vendetta 2 are really good. Can't go wrong with these coolers. Don't know how much the cost in the US since I live in europe. Here they cost around £30

I have the ocz vendetta 2, it cools my 5200+ to below 50 degrees even when I overclock and stress test it.
