Looking for a mouse thats good with games, but also comfortable, and is under 30 USD. Thoughts?

Yeah, I had the same mouse for like 5 years, and I thought the same until it finally it died. So I picked up a G500, and now I really feel like I wasted 5 years of my life. The difference is HUGE. Newegg has the G500 for $35. I highly recommend. The MX 518 is a great mouse as well, but it costs more at the moment.I've been using a $10 wired Microsoft optical mouse for all my games for about 6 months now. It's about as simple as mouses get, but I somehow love it. It doesn't even have side buttons, but I hate those, so it's really my perfect mouse for a tenner.

What makes the difference if I may ask? Note that I'm not too big on competitive online gaming.

Precision, feel, durability, comfort, etc. You don't need to be into competitive online gaming to get good use out of it. In fact, I'm not really into competition. I like to play multiplayer shooters sometimes, but it's just for the hell of it (I like to shoot things). I didn't get this mouse to be amazing at Quake or anything. When I first tried it out at Fry's electronics, I just fell in love with it. Just give it a try, and you'll probably see what I mean.[QUOTE="DraugenCP"]
