If you like the mario-kart type games where you race around firing rockets and dropping oil-slicks. Theres an old acclaim game called Re-Volt that can be a lot of fun, especially multi. You race around city streets, toy stores etc with toy RC cars (which give a good impression of speed depending on the rating) with electric, and motor types in all.
Its abandon-ware too, and 64mb only which you can get from abandonia or.. hell I'm sure google will find it for you easily.
Definitely Morrowind for the PC & make sure to get the expansions, also theres a ton of player made content available. While the graphics may look dated the storyline and world are massive.
I didn't game that much during those particular years but those titles stick out the most out of anything else. I might say Empire Earth 1 but that i think that game feels a tad bit more dated in comparision to the others.
