Civilization isn't an RTS, but they are working on a Civ 5 that should be out in the next year or two. AOE is up in the air since Microsoft shut down the company that made the series. Robot Entertainment, comprised of mostly former AOE developers, is rumored to be working on AOE 4 but no confirmed announcement yet. Starcraft 2 has similar gameplay (base-building style RTS), although faster-paced, and should be out sometime in the next 6 months. Napoleon is pretty recent, so I don't know anything newer than that coming out. You can always play the older games in the series like Medieval 2 Total War or Rome Total War. Empire Total War is an option, but it's not a huge change from Napoleon (not the best money's worth if you already have Napoleon).
From your list, I'm guessing that you're really looking for "empire-builders", in which case I'd recommend Rome/Medieval II: Total War and Rise of Nations.
world in conflict and company of heroes are very good. and you might like age of empires 3. and dawn of war 2 is very good (i only played a demo but i think it is good) and command and conquer 4. if you want to wait a while. starcraft 2 is going to be good.
