graphical mods

hey guys, i knew about modding graphics, but I guess I never knew just how big of a difference they can make. After seeing the Crysis EQM mod I was blown away. What other mods are there that make a games graphics significantly better?

There a lots of games whose graphics can be improved through mods. Those include: Half-Life 1 & 2, Crysis, System Shock 2, Deus X, Oblivion, Fallout 3, and countless others.

Ok thanks. I just want to make sure that I know which ones are the best as I have seen some good crysis ones, then I saw the extreme mod which is far and away the best.

Freespace 2. This is a game released in 1999.

I think this Morrowind graphical mod looks amazing when you consider what Morrowind looks like without any graphics mods. Just wish I could get it working with my version of Morrowind :(

It is just GTA IV modded though. Not mods, just mod :P.
