Ok so I'm looking for a good graphics card around $170 to $200, and a good PSU around $80 to $100. I'm wanting to get Titanfall and play it at 120hz. Would that be possible with a graphics card under $200 and PSU under $100?

120hz is the refresh rate of the monitor so your looking for a gpu that can get you 100+ fps
So here is an idea $325 with a free game. and has a $20 rebate card
GTX 760
PSU
Jr all you need to do is un-install amd catalyst drivers then shutoff the computer install new psu and gpu and install latest Nvidia drivers you should be golden.
Side note though what case do you have because the GTX 760 is a big card.
I would take a tape measure and would see the room length you have where the gpu sits in the case. From the rear to front the GTX 760 is 9.5 inches long

I thought you were anti rebate method?
Anyway I agree on this combo is the best invest money you can get.
Jumping from 7450 to GTX760 is a major jump =)

No im not against rebates I was against the nearly $100 over budget and having to totally rely on rebates to get below the budget.

That's the same thing, it's like giving a loan and getting the money back after a month =)
