ATi's drivers aren't that bad... and if they are truly that terrible to you, get the Omega drivers. :D

Heating cooling issues? Not really.. unless you live in a hot area with poor ventilation and poor airflow in the case.

You are from the UK correct? Newegg doesn't ship to anywhere outside of the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The 7600GT is actually better than the 7800GS, unless you get the Gainsward edition of the 7800GS (available only in Europe). 

I would personally saved up to 180 quid and buy an 8800 tbh, the difference would be amazing ( obliterates my old 6800 x2 GTS's ).

 yes i am from the uk and that is severly annoying my top 2 were from that website.

if you can then get an 8800. for an extra £70 you will be sorted of DX10 and you will be able to run any game you want at near max settings depending on res. http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/125325opethpwn

ah ok sorry then. my advice to is to just get a Radeon X1950PRO.........it bloody destroys a 7600GT
