The download is 800mb. That is pretty average for today's standards.

It doesn't "word" because either your download was corrupted or your computer doesn't "word".

He was talking about the demo not about a digital full copy.

I don't get it, why are you calling GRID a sorry laugh if you can't even play it/didn't play it? from what I see here somebody else is a sorry laugh for not downloading it right and asking on some forums why it doesn't work and how it takes you 5 hours to get it.;)

1)Download it again

2)See if your computer can handle it because it has pretty high sys req.

I'm not saying this demo is bad, I mean I could run it without a problem, but the steering wasn't really what I expected from the DTM series. I play all my racing games with my keyboard, and DTM3 worked very well with that. But the GRID demo steering seems to be rather hard with a keyboard, like.. it's more sensitive or something. I wanted to buy this game at the end of the month but because I don't have a steering wheel, I think I'll pass.. for now..

Yeah I had the same problem :( but I got used to it. Believe me it's harder to drive with a steering wheel. With keyboard it's fine when you get used to it and the gamepad is perfect. I play most racing games with a steering wheel and this one was the only one that performed horrible with it, because it is "too sensitive" and on a steering wheel it takes more time to turn than on keyboard and gamepad, you will always end somewhere else, not on the track. Practice with the keyboard because it is great for it and if you have a gamepad it's even better :).

I quite liked it. I almost completely forgot about it until just yesterday. But I downloaded the demo, and am just so amazed.

It plays good, looks good and even runs good on a medium teir pc. I know many don't like the drifting part of the game, but that has become my favorite now.

I downloaded the demo about 3 times and it still didnt work :( i even cleared temp files and stuff to make sure it wasnt getting corrupted and each time i used a different mirror.

My PC can play Crysis at medium, the problem is the installer for the Grid Demo doesn't even start, its not valid or something like that.

Grid's demo was great. It looked great, ran great, and played great. I won't buy it or anything but I have put a few hours into it.
