GTA 5 pc version

Is GTA 5 in as much bad taste as GTA 4? I hardly played GTA 4. I did play San Andreas.

You mean performance and features? Probably the best PC version of any console game ever made

I hope OP actually contemplated the name of the game when asking if he should buy a copy. You'll be performing a litany of terrible things to digital people in a long succession. There's little in the game that would be considered "in good taste".

It is a heck of a lot of fun however so if that's enough then do it!!!

GTA is much more than just the story line right? From what I've read so far they've done an awesome job at creating a realistic world where you can do pretty much anything. Multiplayer is supposed to be badass (heists) as well and there's even a special movie editor function or something. If I had a decent enough PC I'd definitely get it :)

There is definitely crass humor, and the characters you play are all criminals. Whether or not this offends your sensibilities is really up to you, but there are literally hundreds of reviews out there describing the game in great detail. If you're concerned about the story content I would recommend using these resources to learn more about the game's story to see if it is something that you think you would like or not.

If you played San Andreas, I don't see why you would have found the content of GTA 4 to be much worse.

Bad taste is relative. That said, I had Michael shoot a woman in the back after getting just $10 for a particularly long time waster.
