Considering back in october Steam had the entire collection from the top down games to the GTA4 with expansions all for 4.99, it's not that good.

That's the rumor, I think it will be march though. I just don't think they can be that far in development right now.

I got both PC and console versions and the PC version is better... I got my PC version last week for £20, although that was the GTA pack from steam so awesome deal!! Im loving San Andreas again.

I didn't say that there was other deals on, GTA 4 is not worth that price when in a couple of weeks it's more than likely that steam will put the entire GTA collection up again.

If MW3 was 75% off it still wouldn't be a good deal. It would be a deal but not a good one such as this.

I'm not speculating, If they don't put GTA up for sale during the summer sale then I will give you a game on steam. Thats how confident I am.

Well the Summer Sale is coming up so the entire collection will likely be on sale.

When is the summer sale? And do you have to pay for steam? Obviously I'm a newbie when it comes to PC's sorry guys.

Steam is a free application, all that is required is that you make a free account.

As for the Summer Sale, if it's like last year, it will be at the end of June/beginning of July.

1. Summer sale is usually towards the end of June, early July and lasts for a small while. All games get some sort of discount, but every day they offer giant bundles and deals (like all Splinter Cell games 75% off one day, then all Call of Duty games 75% off the next), with some lasting the whole deal (like every Valve game for 80% off or something like that).

2. Steam is completely free, but to prove you aren't a spam bot you can't take a major part in community features or chats or whatever until you have at least one game that cost money on your account. You don't even have to buy it yourself (someone can gift it to you), but Steam is free outside of that barrier of entry.
