Also yes, the game hasn't been officially announced yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if they have already done a lot of work on it, to be honest. Obviously, I can't confirm, but Rockstar tend to do this from my experience :).
If you don't speak German then you will have to whack it through a translator. It basically says :-

So GTA 5 is due for release on the 15th January 2012 and the website is claiming that it only appears on an xbox exclusive list of releases (highly dubious).

LA Noire is being developed by Team Bondi, it's only being published by Rockstar. I'm sure the ground has already been broken on the new GTA and then some, so to speak.

Rockstar are also making Max Payne 3 which they said would be released sometime in 2011. That list also says it's coming in February, which at this stage. is just ridiculous
