GTA Vice City- lock on with helicoptor

On GTA Vice City(pc) is there a way to lock on to targets with the military helicoptor like there is on ps

I think that in GTA:SA you can use lock on controls on the PC, check the options menu there might be something similar for VC

No, you can't, you just have to tilt the helicopter manually, although I think the machine gun auto targets automatically if you're close enough to a target.
