Aug. 28,2012...Aug 25,2012 for pre-orders...Finally a game that makes me want to come back to playing MMO's again..FYI the Beta was outstanding..

I'm actually the other way around. When it was announced I was super excited. After playing 2 Betas I'm not really that excited anymore for launch.... but I'm keeping my CE mostly cause of the Statue. I think the game will be good, but still just another MMO and not the next coming of Christ like some predicted.

I was thinking of The Secret World, but I've read 2 reviews so far from the last Beta and they both have been pretty bad :(

I played in the beta. The combat and animations need work.. but I'm getting it for the atmosphere, stories, and lore. Some of the settings in the game are so awesome, like Kingsmouth.. and the bosses are badass and fun to fight.

How does Secret World play like? I'm always cautious when there is shooting in an MMO. The Matrix Online's shooting mechanics were awful. Also, is it subscription?

Hmm, you are right. Gonna see what happens in launch date, even if I can't play there is still a big Steam backlog I have to play and sadly it will increase this Steam Summer Sale.

Hmm, you are right. Gonna see what happens in launch date, even if I can't play there is still a big Steam backlog I have to play and sadly it will increase this Steam Summer Sale.

Yeah, it happens with every big online game. They try their best to make the servers stable, have no queues and headstarts so the population isn't in one place but it's just so many people loggin in that you have to sit and wait for queues, or to finish quests, lag etc etc. I know GW2 has a new system for queuing but still....like you said, I have a huge backlog anyway.
