Halo:reach coming to PC?

I'm hoping it will come out for pc even as a port, I havent played halo since the first one on PC, and it would be nice to play it again lol..anyone know for sure if reach will come to PC? do people still play halo or halo 2 on pc? im considering picking up halo 2

Halo was great in its day but it's been well surpassed now

Its called Section 8 and Section 8 Prejudice! I actually find it better because theres no spawn camping and snipers aren't overpowered and it had jeptpack b4 alo reach. Tribes had it first though. Plus halo is a corridor shooter same as cod. Battlefeild games, Section 8 and many other under appreciated games are way better. No better get my sheild out. I see halo and COD fanboys coming! PS: Black ops looks better than other COD games and looks like it may be dif. and actually good.

Who cares about halo and microsoft when you can play games like mass effect, starcraft 2, modern warfare, battlefield bc 2 and many more

I hope so too, I thought it was gonna be a failure like 2.3 and ODST turned out to be but it was a pleasant suprise, unfortunately M$ banned my 360 and it's not coming to PS3 so PC is my way to go. can't wait to try it out with my top of the line PC... if it ever port to PC that is....

Halo Reach is a really great game and i reccomend everyone here to try it out at least. The campaign is really fun this time around and the new armor abilities and weapons add a whole lot of depth. Reach is a lot better than a lot of shooters out there and content wise, it cant be beat

I don't see the need for Halo games on the PC. There are far better games, especially FPS available for that platform. All we PC gamers need is another Jedi Knight game and Half-life 2: EP3 (or just Half-life 3!).

i'm gonna pick reach up in the next few days but i'd much rather play it on the pc than the 360

Wow, people are a little bit too hostile to Halo around here, I think :P

While it's far from being my favorite franchise, I would like to see Reach on the PC. There's just something that turns me off about playing any first-person shooter on a console..I probably won't even bring myself to complete more than a couple chapters on the 360.

I'm also curious how Halo is generic.

I dont think we are ever going to see halo reach on the PC nore will we see Halo 3. I found halo more of a sit on the couch with friends or lan type of game there are better online PC shooters.

halo wont make it to the PC again because microsoft is too busy milking Halo on the 360.

VERY doubtful.
I mean, i would be more than happy if it would come out on the PC, as it seems as if bungie actually decided to change something other than graphics in the halo franchise.
And since Halo: Reach is a prequel to halo: combat evolved, it won't be much of a problem that halo 3 would not be released on PC.
BUT: you are missing the point: piracy. piracy has set it's throne on PC gaming and now dominates any and all who dare to release their game on PC.
Sure, there is piracy on 360 too, but most people who own a 360 are probably subscribed to XBL too, so microsoft gets money eighter way.
Nearly nobody buys games now-a-days. even if they tell you they did, and act like respectful people, they probably did download one game or another. so if bungie would release halo reach on the PC, most of the people who want to get it would probably get it "for free" if you know what i mean. sure, people who want to play online would have to buy it, but a downloaded game is 50$+- lost for bungie and who ever ported the game.

There has always been better fps on PC than Halo
