Hello, i have some questions that i really would appreaciate if you can answer: It is better to install the games on the same hard drive as the OS is installed or it is better to install them in a different drive?, or is it the same?.

Also, i have 1gb or RAM, can anyone tell me if i upgrate to 2 GB it will make a difference playing games?

 thanks

Yeah, upgrading the RAM to 2 gigs should make a difference. I know this is a poor example, but when running WoW on my machine using only 768mb of RAM, the thing would chug periodically and practically choke in major player hubs. After putting in another 512mb, it chugs very rarely.

Installing the games and OS on the same drive/partition or separate ones have no advantage or disadvantage. If you use your PC for gaming, you might partition your drive into like 3 partitions. One for the OS, one for your applications and one for your games. Some people swear by partitioning and others don't..entirely your preference.. Having more RAM than less RAM is always going to be better. You might not notice mind blowing difference upgrading from 1GB to 2GB..but going from 512MB to 1GB can be a HUGE gain..if you can afford the upgrade, then by all means go for it..you will definitely not hurt anything by having more..
