I have 4 Gbs of RAM in my new PC ( DDR3 2X2 OCZ 1600Mhz Platinum Low Voltage )

Would I gain in performance if I added two old Kingston RAMS ( DDR2 2X1 800 Mhz ) ?

Would it ran in a GIGABYTE GA-790FXTA-UD5 ?

Even if you could mix those together, the rest of your ram would actually match the speed of the slowest ram module, making your system slower overall.

you won't be able o mix different types of ram they have to be matching hnce why most pcaks of ram come in pairs, if you need extra ram try and save up and buy another stick or set of sticks and pop those in, but honestly what are you playing that needs more than 4 gigs of ram??

Ram speed doesn't seem to make much of a difference now anything over 800mhz and 4gb is overkill. The high ram speed is only useful for overclocking. Going over 4gb to 8gb of ram might get you 1+fps.
