Ouch. So you need a licence to buy an HTPC?For compatiblity, even if there are HDMI to DVI cables for using a DVI monitor, certain devices like the PS3 when used with HDMI needs a monitor that's HDCP compatible. But I think most newer monitors have HDCP, older ones don't

My god, sometimes I can't believe other countries and how things are done. I know that some monitors with HDMI are getting alot cheaper now, dell has a 30" one that I really want.
