Does anyone here have this monitor or have an ASUS Monitor? Are they good for playing 360 on? This is the one I'm looking at.

It looks really good i suggest not using the monitor speakers because they are poor, and don't get to big, I just bought a 24 inch samsung ToC, that was priced at 1 grand and got it for 300 new, but it is huge, I would also suggest use a TV instead of a monitor because it usually doesn't haveenough depth of color...
I have a 42" Toshiba LCD Television at home but I need something for at college and being as I'm a student I don't exact have much cash flow lol.

The ASUS will do fine, but this monitor is bigger :P
Pretty good price I guess. Keep in mind you'll need an HDMI or VGA cable, since this was originally meant for a computer. The size all depends on how close you'll be sitting to it, and also know that most games run in native 720p, so the 1080p isn't going to make too much of a difference(getting 720p over 1080p could save you some money)

Be that as it may, the contrast ratio isn't nearly as good. an 800:1 Static contrast ratio is pretty poor by today's standerds. Usually you'd want something with at least 1000:1 Static. The Dynamic contrast ratio doesn't matter too much.
