HELP Can't OC 4850 mem? Becomes unstable.

Tested for stability. Could OC core from 625 to 700MHz. Tried OC mem 993 to 1050MHz, but becomes unstable. Why is this? Should I counter it by clockin core to like 750MHz?

Try lowering the core clock to 675

Maybe the card just cant handle it.
