This card here is $82 after rebate ($112) before, that's an amazing price for an ATI HD 4850 which is an excellent graphics card. Other good models, (although not as cheap) are this which has an awesome Vapor-X cooler, or the XFX model which has the traditional blower style cooler and an awesome warranty.

or the 4850 mentioned above. I didn't know that card was that cheap now.

They perform pretty much the same, so the choice is yours.

Yes, these would be a good choice as well. I think they are just a tad bit slower but almost equal the HD 4850, but they are 40nm fabrication vs 55nm fabrication, so they consume less power and generate less heat.

Ahh, excellent choice. HIS is a good company and that is a superb cooler, you may be able to get a pretty good overclock in on that cooler. Amazing price too.

The HIS 4850 IceQ4 Turbo is a great card...can't go wrong with that....It's a shame you missed the sale Newegg had on this last W/E...was going for 84.99 w/ Free S&H after rebates, but still not a bad price for areally good card.....

I would recommend the GTS 250 - as its power consumption, noise levels, and overall performance are well in line with what a $100 ~ $110 card "should" do. You can't go wrong with the 4770 or 4850 either.
