Help me figure out MOBO CL Level! PLease!!!

I am getting the gigabyte p43

My problem is... I am trying to decide between ddr2 800mhz or ddr2 1066 mhz but I was informed that the 1066mhz ram won't show any increase if the CL level isn't the same. I know the 800mhz had a timing in the CL4 and the 1066mhz has a timing in the CL 6 level.

I am also getting a q6600 (1066mhz FSB) & 9800gtx+
