Help me find a thing for my computer that reads SD cards

idk what they are called but all i have is a CD drive, what i mean is something like this, that will look good in my CM690 case. And has an SD card slot n stuff, whatevers

hmmm i was thiking this one or this number 2 choice? though there was another one of the same brand but a different model and people hated it

whichhhh 2 get????? i need one that looks sleek and black with my CM690 case. idk if i like that one cus it has alot more writing, im picky. and are the 3.5 inch or 6 inch like a cd drive

i could put that SD card in there. the micro SD card goes into the SD card amiright?

and the thing about the first one is it got 0 reviews.. but i still kinda like it
