help....cant make my mind up

going to get new hd tv this week....main use is for gaming got 360 elite

and

HiTachi http://www.richersounds.co.uk/showproduct.php?cda=showproduct&pid=HITA-L26A01

dont know to go for hdmi or vga i got both cable...the philips tv dont support vga but is philips in gneral better than hitachi in regrads to lcd hd tv

any one with any knowledgeon tvs.....your opinion is greatly appreciated

I'd go with the Philips mainly because of the better contrast ratio, I don't think there's a big difference otherwise.

I have a 42" Philips plasma which works well in case that helps.UssjTrunks
